New 21 Day Weigh In
Down 4 pounds! The next 3 week interval ends the Saturday after Thanksgiving. I'll be in Houston, so I'm hoping for at least 2 down, but I'll be happy with even one. That would be one more pound of weight removed from my body. =)
So far,
breakfast: coffee w/ creamer, sausage McGriddle from Mickey D's. <--- not very good at all, but Nana brought one for me and B each, so we ate them together.
I find it absolutely impossible to be in bad mood around B. 6 year olds are so innocently beautiful. I love him so much!
So I went from 126 down to 122. I have been eating anything that I want to lately as well. Some days aren't so healthy, and others all I want are fruits and veggies. I think that is the way it is supposed to be. I do not feel deprived in the least, and the habit is definately starting to sink in.
Hope everyone has a great weekend! I'll post the rest of the weekend on Monday.

Mental Health Day
Took a mental health day today. I greatly needed it. It was very productive. I organized today, literally as well as mentally. I'm not sure which was needed more... I paid bills, did homework, planned, cleaned out the back of my car (loose papers everywhere!), and munched on good greasy food today. No sweets though!
breakfast: the usual
lunch: all beef hotdog with ketchup and relish, baked cheetos and tortilla chips w/ salsa
dinner: chili's cheeseburger and fries w/ ketchup
ok, so not the healthiest. But... I did resist sweets, and that was tough today!
I also went to GreenLife today, our small town "Whole Foods". Picked up a canister of oat bran, a jar of pumpkin butter, some garlic pecan whole grain pilaf, and some Kashi vive cereal.
I think I'm going to treat myself to some good Greek yogurt with honey this weekend and some yummy flavored seltzers. I also want to pick up some wheatberries to try them out.
That's it for now. Going to be a long 8 days coming up, then a bit of relaxation. But not too much =)
