tuesday:
b: coffee w/ creamer. 2 eggs scrambled w/ some shredded cheddar, 2 biscuits w/ strawberry jam and 2 slices bacon
l: oatmeal creation. oat bran, quaker oats, craisins, walnuts, PB, pumpkin butter, banana and cinnamon
d: salad greens, chicken breast w/ marinade, baby bella mushrooms, slivered almonds, 2 dried figs, thousand island dressing (i think thats it??) . wheat thins.
monday:
b: the usual
l: salad from cafeteria w/ slice of cornbread
d: spaghetti, some mac n cheese and veggies (caf. food... )
sunday:
b: pumpkin pancakes made w/ oats, 2 eggs, pumpkin, and a smidge of pancake mix. pumpkin butter on top and a little syrup. 2 slices bacon
snack: 2 s'mores made in microwave
snack: french fries w/ ketchup and some mountain dew @ bowling alley
dinner: cheeseburger, small fry and diet coke from mickey d's
snack: little bit of trail mix
saturday:
b: the usual
snack: some candy corns and peanuts (not very many) and a chai latte made at home
d:sushi. lots. and some fruit =)
glass of riesling
i think that was everything......
