B: the usual
L: turkey, cheese, mustard sandwich. oikos plain greek yogurt w/ frozen mixed berries on top and some kashi vive cereal
D: toasted cheese sandwich on sliced sourdough bread. 2 cut up kiwis.
(Blue... I kept debating on whether I should have a little cup of soup w/ dinner since it would fit nicely, but had to make the adult decision to go without since I really didn't need it) <--- it felt good to have a healthy sense of control. =)
